Across the country, ER volumes plummeted in rural & suburban areas during the pandemic.

The Approach

The target market was ignoring emergent health issues due to fear of exposure to the virus & concerns of overcrowding at the hospitals.

We created an omnichannel campaign to assure communities that their hospital was Open. Safe. Ready.


In less than a month, creative was developed & media was launched in 23 markets in May.

By July, the ER visits had increased by 40%.
