CHRISTUS Health is a major healthcare system with the strength and resources of more than 60 hospitals and long-term care facilities, as well as clinics, outpatient centers and more. Yet, many communities saw them simply as the local, not-for-profit hospital. CHRISTUS Health as a brand wasn’t translating their fullest value to the people in their markets. How could they advance their longstanding history of compassionate care to include their modern reality of innovation and expertise?

It’s a brand that treats people with patience, not just as patients, and leads with compassion and kindness to deliver better health.
&well created a new brand for CHRISTUS that connects its passion for people with a higher purpose, which is inspiring better health. We developed new brand guidelines, a visual identity for all advertising, TV spots and more. We also developed an anthemic long-form video that conveys CHRISTUS Health as a group of dedicated people whose purpose is to make exceptional care accessible, reliable and consumer focused.
